Though
the temperature was about 40
with a stiff north wind and drizzling rain, the pagan ritual continues
in the town that Rita tore smooth up.
You will note that one Krewe wisely promoted the flamingo, and
they won
the float competition. The folks with the red-eyed Snake kinda
hissed
when they came in 2nd.
