I know they told me to stick to the literary reviews, but I could not resist warning readers against Fat Free Cream Cheese.  Fat Free Cream Cheese will make you think of albino Velveeta, or a rubbery bar of  Ivory soap.  It is just not cream cheese.  Life is too short to waste time trying ersatz cream cheese.
