Jackson Scales was born in a New Mexican Desert, raised in East Texas piney woods, and currently resides in Cream City, Wisconsin.  For money he deals in antiques, and for love he taps on his keyboard, cranking out poems, short stories, and his first novel.  Jackson's work can also be seen or is forthcoming in The Southern Ocean Review, The Double Dare Press, Ophelia's Muse, and both web and print editions of Edifice Wrecked.
