Blue Bell Mardi Gras Ice Cream by Christine Fitzgerald Blue Bell Mardi Gras Ice Cream is purple with green swirls of ice cream and unobtrusive candy sprinkles. It is almond flavored and quite tasty. The great thing about Mardi Gras ice cream is you just cannot get fat on it. You're going to give it up for Lent right? Mardi Gras means Fat Tuesday. You are supposed to indulge yourself through that Tuesday before Ash Wednesday. Get into the spirit of Mardi Gras and eat as much as you want before Tuesday and do not feel guilty about it at all.  |
